Is the shipping of my order free?
Shipping is free for orders above INR 799. Orders that fall below INR 799, will have standard shipping charges of INR 200, that will be applied. While using coupons or reward points, the final value after redemption is considered. For example: On a purchase of INR 799, if you have used 300 of your redeemable points, your order value will be INR 499. As a result, the standard shipping charges will be applied. When will you ship my order?
We ship your order the next day of purchase made at Buttercups, subject to all items being in stock. Shipments are not made on Sundays and government holidays.
How long does it take to deliver my order?
All orders made from Bangalore takes 3 working days and other cities take 5-7 working days post dispatch .
What if I want what I bought ASAP?
If you are in Bangalore, the earliest we can deliver is 24hrs.To get an express delivery, please call our customer service on +91-8067414822 or mail us at care@buttercups.in with your order no. to place the request, and we will check and let you know the earliest delivery time. Please note, an extra surcharge of INR 250 would be levied for the express delivery.
Can I ship to multiple addresses at the same time?
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to multiple addresses at this time. We recommend placing separate orders for each address.
Do you ship products outside India?
Currently, we do not. But if you wish to place an order, please mail us your contact details along with your address and we will try to ship outside of India.
How can I track my order?
To track your order, you can log into your Buttercups account and choose My Orders to view your details. You can also contact customer care at: care@buttercups.in or call +91-8067414822. We’re available everyday from 10am to 7pm. If you do not have a Buttercups account, then please mail us your order no and email id using which you had placed an order, and we will check and give you your order status.
