Can I order the same bra size which I currently use?
As every brand has its own size matrix, and we have a different sizing chart than most other lingerie brands, we would suggest you take the Buttercups quiz , and find your perfect Buttercups size, rather than ordering the same size you currently wear in another brand. Ordering the current size you are wearing in another brand may not match the right bra size in Buttercups.

We are constantly developing new sizes and styles in bras, this is a delicate and tedious task. As you can see, we are one of the few brands that already provide a much larger range in sizes, with style and colour options than most do. Do I need to register or create an account before making a purchase?
Yes, to make a purchase Sign-in or Log-in is mandatory. However, if you create an account with us, your future check-outs will be easier and we will also keep you updated on the offers customized specially for you.
Will I be able to order more than one of the same item?
Yes, you will be able to order more than one of the same item. On the order details page, simply change the numerical value in your shopping cart to your desired quantity and update your cart.
Why are the items in my shopping cart no longer available?
Items will continue to appear in your cart until you’ve removed them or you’ve checked out. Make sure you are logged in to your Buttercups Account. If you are not logged in, do so by clicking ‘SIGN IN’ and your cart should have the items you selected. If you are logged in and if you have not checked out or removed the items from your bag, and still they are not appearing, it could be that the items may have been sold out.

How can I pay for my order?
We only accept online payments. Once you have added products to your cart, you can proceed to checkout by clicking “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” button which appears in Cart dropdown on top right corner of the screen . Now, you can review your Order and enter the details for delivery. Then, you can make payment using Netbanking/Debit Card/Credit Card, through payment gateways of Razorpay,Simpl and HDFC.

Why have I not received my order confirmation email?

If you have not received it, please check your junk or spam mail folder. If you still cannot locate the confirmation mail, you may log into your Buttercups Account, choose 'My Orders’ to view all of your orders.
