What products are eligible for return/exchange?​*​
i) ​Bras purchased online, and not on sale, can be returned.
ii) ​​Bras purchased online, and on sale, can be exchanged IF "15 day exchange policy" icon is visible on the product page.
ii​i​) ​Bras purchased from the Fitting Rooms are not eligible for return or exchange.
iii) Bottoms, Accessories, Shapewear & Strapless bras ​are not eligible for return or exchange.

*Things to keep in mind while sending back the product for exchange:
i) All exchanged items must have the original tags, be unwashed, and be free of perfume, makeup and deodorant stains, when received by us.
ii) To ensure your Buttercups garments are not damaged during shipment, please re-use the original packaging for proper care and protection.
How soon do I have to make an exchange request?
All exchange requests must be placed within 3 days of receipt of bra/bras. Due to the intimate nature and hygiene parameters, reverse pick-up of the bra/bras should be made within 10 days of placing the exchange request. If you do not provide a time for the reverse pick-up, within 10 days of placing the request, the exchange will be cancelled.
How do I initiate the exchange process for my Buttercups bra?
Exchange requests for bra/bras will be accepted only within 3 days of receipt of product. Please email us with your order no. at care@buttercups.in or call us on +91-8067414822 anytime between Monday to Saturday from 10am to 7pm, to request an exchange.
How does the exchange process work?
1. Once we receive your request, we'll give you a call and confirm the same.
2. Next, we will initiate the reverse pick-up to our courier partner, who will get in touch with you within 48 hrs of the request, and request a convenient time and date for the pick-up. Please note, the pick-up should be made within 10 days of receipt of product. Any later pick-ups will not be considered for exchange.
3. Our courier person will arrive at your place to pick-up the product for exchange at the time and date given by you.
4. Once we receive the product, we will check it for being unused (bra/bras must have the original tags, be unwashed, and be free of perfume, makeup and deodorant stains), we will send out the product requested by you for the exchange.
Please note, the entire exchange process, from initiating the request to delivering the requested exchange product can take anywhere between 15-25 days, depending on your convenience of reverse pick up of product.
How can I cancel an exchange request?
To cancel your exchange request, you can give us a call(+91-8067414822) or mail us at care@buttercups.in with your order no and mail id within 24hrs of placing an exchange request
My item arrived damaged or defective. what should I do?
In case you have received a damaged or defective piece, please notify our Customer care either by call or email, with pictures of the damage/defect to care@buttercups.in and we will initiate an immediate replacement.
The bra ordered is too big or too small. What should I do?
We accept exchange only for a size change of the same product. In case your requested changed size is not available in the same product, we will make an exception.
The product delivered is incorrect. What should I do?
This is highly unlikely, but we always leave room for human error. In case you have received a wrong product, please notify our Customer care either by email or call and they will initiate an immediate replacement.
Do you charge any fee for product exchange?
We do not charge for an exchange. All exchanges are free.
What products are eligible for return?
Only Buttercups Bras, purchased online, can be returned. No other products are eligible for return. Bra orders placed in Fitting Rooms are also not eligible for return.

Do I get charged for returning the product?
We have a no questions asked , full refund return policy. As long as the product returned is in unused condition (product must have the original tags, be unwashed, and be free of perfume, makeup and deodorant stains), we make a full refund without asking for any reasons for return.
Can I cancel my order once it is placed?
Yes, you can cancel your order, but only within 2 hours of placing it. To cancel your order, log into your account, click on the order you wish to cancel and select the “cancel” option.
